While Promoting Your Business

Would you like to promote your business to a potential customer base of 7,500 in the San Ramon Valley while receiving community recognition for supporting local students?  If so, please read on…

We are busy planning “Spring Fling 2010” and we are appealing to you to get involved in this year’s efforts by donating auction items, gift certificates or cash.  Here are the essential points:

• “Spring Fling” is an annual fundraising effort by the Keynoters, the booster group for Monte Vista’s Instrumental Music Program.
• Online and live auctions combine to raise money that is put back 100% into the IM Program.  The online auction opens February 1, 2010 and closes just before the live event on March 5.
• To thank you for your support we will publicize your company on our online auction site at www.mvkeynoters.cmarket.com.  Using hyperlinks, our bidders will have direct access to your company’s web site.   Donations at higher levels will also be acknowledged at our live event; further details are given on the donation form.
• With an enrolment of almost 2,700 students from Alamo, Blackhawk, Danville, Diablo and Walnut Creek, and an estimated 8,500 browsers on cMarket each day, your support of instrumental music education will be widely recognized and your company name and image will be promoted to many potential customers.
• Donations are completely tax-deductible since Keynoters is a non-profit organization.
• Without this fundraising the IM Program will be in jeopardy – there is no other source of income to cover these vital expenses – and fewer students will benefit from a high school music education with its associated gains in academic success and development of important life skills.

To donate, please click on the Donation Form under “Printable Letters and Forms” in the right column.  You may print the form out, complete it, and then mail it to the address located on the bottom of the form. Alternatively, you can save the form to your computer, type in the information, and then e-mail it to us at SpringFling@mvKeynoters.com.  You may also contact us to arrange for someone to collect your donation personally.  And, of course, if you have any questions or need more information about the benefits of donating or about the “Spring Fling” in general, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
